Attention to detail...going the step further to ensure customer satisfaction is a definite plus. Customer waiting area needs improvement. Area cold, sort of like waiting in a hospital reception area. I leased a new 2020 Toyota Corolla Hybrid about a month ago. I only wanted one in Blue, but they didn't have one available. My sales rep Jason H. and his manager searched and called several other Toyota dealerships until they found one available in SE Washington. They were able to go pick it up, then deliver it to my home the next day. I have never had such excellent customer service in all my years of buying or leasing new cars. The new Corolla Hybrid has fantastic gas mileage, handles great on the road, and has excellent safety features. When this lease is up, I will go back to Marysville Toyota to re-finance or lease a new one. Thanks to Jason and their great sales team.
