Rodland was slow to respond with excuses. Magic was totally ridiculous on price of trade and price of vehicles. Was definitely the most expensive. Michales was super high pressure. In fact they literally asked me to pay more for the exact same make, model, and year but with 22,000 more miles. Really! Yup! Marysville Toyota was VERY clean, no pressure, best price and most responsive. Start with Aimee on the internet sales team. She was fast and answered all my questions before I even arrived. Dave was the sales rep we were assigned to and really nice guy and once again no pressure. Great experience. Save time and shop here...dont waste the hours I did with the other 3.

His vision was backed up by his staff and prices offered. I did my research and Marysville Toyota had the best prices on the I5 corridor, and I didnt have to haggle to get the deal. I saved thousands and the service was well above average. Our every need was met and time taken to answer all our questions. CJ Ervin was the consultant we met with, this was the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. From Aimee White's speedy and helpful communication online, to the no pressure interaction with both finance reps, I was met with courtesy and patience. Again I would like to express how well CJ Ervin handled all aspects of the entire process. Even when met with my concern from past experiences of releasing a SSN and my hesitation to fill out an internal credit application (I had financed through my credit union and was under the impression that all financial info would be processed through them via the loan app#, I was also concerned about my credit being checked again which would affect the score) he was patient and with the help of the finance rep, they both explained in a POLITE, PATIENT and RESPECTFUL manner how the information I was hesitant to give would help expedite the payment and subsequent release of the vehicle. Towards the closing of the deal when warranties and additional add ons were discussed, I declined to purchase any and instead of engaging in a tiring round of back and forth, CJ explained the benefits of each (in a simply informative way, not a pressured "trust me you want this" tone) and once I declined again, we proceeded to the next step. When the loan amount I was quoted ended up not covering the entire cost as I had expected it to, CJ and I believe it was Rod, both explained what the issue was WITHOUT pushing me towards dealer financing. These are all prime examples of when the customer/salesmen interaction has the potential to become contentious but I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and understanding exhibited by all members of this dealership. CJ was an exemplary model of how a car salesmen should conduct business. If this was the norm, people would have far less apprehension when purchasing a car, especially a used car. As a humorous side note, my father (who is one of the most opinionated and stubborn individuals) had cautioned me against pursuing the car I was interested in since it was being sold at a Toyota dealership. This was simply because he had 1 or 2 bad experiences with pushy/rude salesmen some 20 odd years ago (the man knows how to hold a grudge). However, this experience left a very positive impression on him and he has since changed his tune, might even buy a new truck there in the future!
