Beware! Service department cannot be trusted!! Service Dept cannot be trusted! Please see my Google and Yelp review for the full story as I am very limited on space. Quick Story - Service dept damaged my rear bumper on my brand new Highlander trying to install a tow hitch. Their first time trying to replace the damage part, I caught them in a huge lie. They tried to say they replaced the bumper but they didn't and I had pictures of the old damage to prove it. All they did was clean it with a glossy product. I was told that their was a mistake with the part number which is why a different part was actually replaced. A total of 4 trips, 220 miles, 12 hours of waiting and the only thing "nice" they did for me was fill up my gas tank one time with about 3/4 of a tank of gas. Bottom line, these folks dont care. They will do the bare minimum and hope that you have even lower standards than they do. Do no execpt anything above and beyond from these guys. They will do a great job selling you a car and extended warranty but will fail miserably at doing their part to honor their service. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.

Oil change took 2hours 15 minutes, was told there was feces, biohazard management wasn’t helpful, our car was completely clean, manager asked if we had a dog 🥵he did not listen. Husband told them that they had wrong car, he would have had feces on his pants as tech said it was on drivers seat and tires. Apologized but asked if we have a dog!!!

The sales in the Marysville Toyota are friendly and helpful. I ordered a new RAV4, waiting for another new arriving car, but the car was sent to a different dealership. I don't want to do another car rental again, because the rental rate is much more expensive in the Summertime. Dominic Leach, the car consultant helped me to arrange a car in the store for me to use until my car delivery to Marysville. This is a good arrangement; I would like to recommend the Marysville dealership to a person who wants to buy a Toyota car. Besides, the taxes rate only 9.6 % in Marysville, WA

I got a chance to work with two different salesman so here is my review. Teresa - I loved her energy. Dominic - Not a fan of his energy. I was never nor have I ever worked as a salesman but the premise is customer service. Energy plays a huge part in making a sale. I was already set on purchasing the Land Cruiser so the sale was going to happen. I would 100% take Teresa over Dominic any day of the week.

Service was fantastic. The shuttle driver was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation. All the techs were friendly and was there to help me. Rec'd courtesy car wash which was terrible. The windshield was still dirty as well as the hood and grill. Was very disappointed. I know it was a courtesy wash but it shouldn't be offered if it's not a thorough wash.

Excellent "no pressure" sales. Though they don't budge on price, the price I paid was more than reasonable. I'll be back for my next car.

I was here about 2 weeks ago in hopes to get a new car. I met with Dave Koshak and he helped me purchase my new car. He made the process of purchase extremely easy. He broke down step-by-step what we were going to do and what to expect. He even explained and broke down number-wise what we were paying. He was extremely easy going and I have never experienced buying a car this way. He made it extremely simple and now I can’t imagine buying a car elsewhere. We chased all over WA looking for our next family car. We drove to Eastern WA, and Bellingham, Renton and Lynnwood. We finally ended up at Marysville and working with Paul and the vehicle we wanted wasn't right, however Paul wasn't going to give up. He came in on his day off, traded a car, and made our car buying smooth and seamless. He knew what he was talking about. He is honest and kind. It was a pleasure working with Paul and buying at car at Marysville Toyota. We also ordered the tube steps and it was breeze to take the car back in to get them installed. I would HIGHLY recommend marysville Toyota again and again!

I totally forgot our salespersons name BUT she was amazing! I believe she had 6 children & 19 grandchildren so you know who you are lol We weren’t able to arrive to test drive our new vehicle until 6:00 pm but they were able to stay open and accommodate us. They were very communicative, respectful, & buyer friendly. Worked within the best interests of us & was in & out in about 3 & half hours start to finish. Out of my years of experience of buying cars this was my best experience so far!

Cami was the best! Above and beyond service in helping us get our car. She crawled under cars to check on things for us and liaised with the mechanics on accessories and upgrades. No haggle / negotiation at all as part of the Marysville 1 price business model.

Okay so here's the low down. I deleted my amazing post and I regret it. This location is extremely popular. The team in the office is doing their best to get everybody taken care of and return calls. I was so frustrated thinking that they forgot about me and my concerns. I was so wrong. I came in with guns loaded "figuratively" and when I entered the building I was greeted by a hello, a snack and most importantly words of security and comfort as I broke down from the built up stress. Once again Katie and her team have taken the best care of me. I strongly recommend the Marysville Toyota and I wish I wouldn't have deleted my previous post out of frustration because of my own assumptions. Sincerely, Andrew C.
