Had a wonderful experience here today which Alondra, who helped me find my 2026 Toyota Tacoma off-road! She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about everything in regard to the sale, which was really nice because I was pretty nervous. Especially with never having purchased a new car before. Was able to answer all my questions as well as preemptively answer any potential questions I may have had. Made the whole purchasing a vehicle experience far better than I had originally anticipated. Truck was in good shape at a decent price. Gina was great, and the rest of the sales staff did their best to expedite the process. I bought certified pre-owned, and the only note I had was that the truck could’ve been cleaner, and still needed a proper detail when it got home. Aside from that I would recommend this dealer.

I have a 2024 Tacoma TRD Off-road and wanted the TRD factory lift kit installed and I called 3 dealerships and Marysville was the only one out of the three that was receptive to doing it. Their quote was spot on and the work was flawless. Their truck looks even better than I thought and drives perfectly. I would recommend this Service department in a heartbeat.
Very timely, efficient, professional business. Would have scored a 5 except I got there for a 20 - 25 minute quoted time and it was more like an hour. The bumper needed to be removed to replace a bulb, something they should have been aware of. But otherwise, I highly recommend this business.

The staff have been all nice and acknowledged that I was there by greeting me even though I was there for a specific purpose to get something done. It is always nice to run into friendly services and greeting these days. Anyway I was there for an oil chsnge service this time and it was fast. The lounge was where other customer sat and wait was clean, comfortable, and the very relaxing along with some bottle water, coffee, and tea. Overall was a great and friendly experience so will be happy to go there again for future services or purchase.
