This is a no-pressure dealership and I would agree that I did not feel any pressure at all. They also do not negotiate on prices (for real) so you know what you’re going to pay and there is no back-and-forth between sales and finance. This was hard to grasp at first but in the end very refreshing. My sales associate went above and beyond to help when I had some technical difficulties with payment. The dealership itself is spotless and they had snacks and drinks available.

Conscientious service by Kris Kaighin. She was hard to reach last Friday because she was tied up in some long-winded phone conversations. Not her fault. When I stopped by Saturday afternoon, my car was not ready. The problem seemed to be that the assigned technician had trouble installing a sensor. I picked up the car Monday morning, and the sensor apparently is working as it should, No problem with the delay. But there could have been.
Smooth, no nonsense, dealt with Kevin the entire process. The entire staff was very friendly and they treated us like they knew us; even one of the owners came and chatted for a bit the day we picked up our Venza. He also explained some of the difficulties that ALL auto dealers are currently having getting vehicles in.Very happy with the way the dealership works and the transaction. Would definitely recommend, they have made us lifetime customers!
