At Marysville Toyota it was easy to schedule a recall fix for my car. When I brought my car in for that, the service department was able to fit in an unscheduled oil change as well on the spot at my request. I didn’t stay in the customer lobby this time, but I walked through the spacious seating area and recalled the speedy work of my other visits there. I’m quite satisfied with Marysville Toyota and its service department.

Went in for an alignment issue and with little understanding on what the problem was. The employees were very understanding and transparent on what they could do. After running a diagnostic they broke down all chargers and what the exact issue was. Would definitely go back to this location.
Normally, I expect 2-3 hours for the basic maintenance. But this time I was in and out in under an hour for a 30k service (oil tires etc) which was amazing. When done, the person did a great job explaining everything found in the inspection with no pressure at all for any follow on maintenance. It was honest and accurate! Not sure what they did to change things, but this time was excellent and so fast, and made it a pleasure to go there.

I came into Marysville Toyota planning to put a deposit down on a Tacoma TRD Pro that was still in transit. While I was there, I noticed they had a Tundra TRD Pro in the showroom in the exact color I was looking for. Oscar could tell I was interested and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. I took it out, came back, signed the paperwork, and drove home very happy with my purchase. Oscar made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Definitely a great experience.

Over all work and assessment was fine.Communication was not good. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday (9/1) and did not get vehicle update until one week later (9/8) . There was a Labor Day Holiday in between but not even a courtesy text was sent.
I took my Toyota Avalon into Marysville Toyota to have my car serviced. I am always please with their friendliness and professional assistance for me. They have a nice comfortable waiting area with water, coffee and snacks. And the bathrooms are very clean. I will return next year again.

Had my engine recall done here and the experience was very easy. They did break 2 plastic covers that I noticed before I left the dealership and showed the service Mgr, who immediately put them on order and will replace them on my next oil change. This is so far the best service center I have visited!

Gina Boggie Was our sales rep and when we went to pick up our new RAV4 XSE, she did the best job I’ve ever experienced walking through the vehicle and how everything works especially with all the technology. she even made sure everything was paired with my phone, etc., etc. fantastic experience. These are popular vehicles. The only downside is we ordered at the end of March and the vehicle just now came in five months later.

I drove up from Seattle to look at a used Audi. I knew nothing about the no negotiations policy, but having spent about 2 months car shopping at used car dealers I was thrilled to see this. This dealership is great, they aren't commissions sales people so there's no pressure to get a vehicle. Jeff, the salesman that helped me out was excellent. Very personable and he made sure the detail job when I got my car was top notch. Whole experience was great and I got a great truck that was priced below KBB.
