After hearing good things about this dealership, my fiancé and I drove from several cities away, passing several Toyota dealers, to visit. Upon arrival Alondra quickly greeted us and we explained that we were comparing the new RAV4 and the new Prius. I was expecting to have the usual car dealership pushy sales tactics but that was not the case. Alondra was super knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and reviewed options with us for several hours - all while never pressuring us in the slightest. After driving both we decided the RAV4 was for us and we returned to the table to review details. Here again I expected dealer nonsense: addons, upsells, a bunch of junk we dont need, but no, Alondra explained that they sell their vehicles at MSRP. Thats it! No games! How refreshing! Unfortunately RAV4 availability is such that cars are presold before they reach dealerships and a different dealer was about to locate one for us before Marrysville, so we went elsewhere. That however is no knock on the service we received. We will continue the trend of recommending this dealership and look forward to purchasing from them, especially Alondra, in the future. Everyone is polite and helpful here. Jason was great even though he seemed to be the only service person working on the day I was in.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jeff Long, although my hands were sweating.... He was a gentleman and held them the entire way. He made the buying process extremely transparent, extremely comfortable and I got to sit there and enjoy it with Jeff the gentleman the entire time.

We were on vacation when the 15,000 mile service came due. I called Marysville and one other dealership hoping to get the service done. The other dealership never even called me back. But Marysville said to come on in. We drove in, they took the car right away and the service was done in an hour. It was fantastic.

Everyone was very helpful and communicative during the buying process. My only minor complaint is the detailing of some of the used cars could use some love. But overall great experience!

I and my husband bought our vehicle at Marysville Toyota. The buying experience was very good. The past service appointment I had was not very good. I had dropped my vehicle off at 9:15 in the morning for an engine check up because my light had come on. When I called and checked in at 2:30 no one could speak with me and I requested a call back in a half hour. I never received a phone call. I got a text quoting us over $700 to Repair. I called in again at 5:30. I had to leave a message. I didn’t get a call back until a few minutes before 6 PM telling me my Vehicle was ready. The oil change was done, but The part needed to be ordered. When I got to pick up my car slightly after 6 PM the door was locked for the service department. I had to enter through the sales. There they did not know how to apply the coupon that I had for the discount. I also could not use tap to pay. The individual that helped me at sales was new but very attentive and tried to rectify the issues. I am very upset with the service and the communication that I received. I am hoping this was a one time experience.

Quick and friendly service. Had my 4 runner ready to go in under an hour after changing the oil and cabin, air filters and tire rotation. Very pleased.

Great service

It was my first service appointment with them after moving into the area. It was a 40k service w/ oil change and brake fluid service…front desk service people were great but, when my car was ready…the technician left my car all a mess…passenger seat was fully reclined, glove box open and wouldnt close due to checking the cabin filter, front counter guy fixed it. Dirt smudges everywhere. Not how I would return a serviced vehicle. Other than that, nice people, clean dealership.

We have gone to Marysville Toyota since they opened. All of the sales and service staff are genuinely happy and friendly. When it was time for my elderly mother to stop driving, that is where we brought her 4-Runner. We not only received a very fair price, we were treated with respect and dignity. At 87, that’s just what my Mother needed. FIVE STARS!!!✨

There’s a reason I went back to Marysville Toyota to get my new car. From my first car buying experience with them, to my employment with them to now when I finally got to buy my very first BRAND NEW CAR it’s always been a positive experience. Bev in finance worked extra hard to get me a great interest rate, Gina did great as well and I appreciate the time she took to explain all the bells and whistles of my new highlander. I can say with confidence that I will return to Marysville toyota in the future and get another car.

We first bought a relatively rare 4Runner TRD Pro during the pandemic, when many dealers were adding huge markups. Marysville Toyota sold it to us at MSRP with no hidden fees or games. Paris made the process quick, professional, and stress-free. In 2026, we returned for a RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. Our salesperson Oscar was equally outstanding—great communication, a fair trade-in offer, and an efficient buying experience. After bringing the car home we discovered a few cosmetic issues on the hood. Paris (now the General Sales Mgr.), Rachel (the Used Car Mgr.), and the management team immediately stepped up and made it right. The repairs were handled quickly, done to an OEM standard, and the car now looks like new. We've purchased Toyotas from several dealerships across the western U.S., and Marysville Toyota is the best we've worked with. Thanks to Paris, Oscar, Rachel, and the entire team for your outstanding customer service!!!
