The sales in the Marysville Toyota are friendly and helpful. I ordered a new RAV4, waiting for another new arriving car, but the car was sent to a different dealership. I don't want to do another car rental again, because the rental rate is much more expensive in the Summertime. Dominic Leach, the car consultant helped me to arrange a car in the store for me to use until my car delivery to Marysville. This is a good arrangement; I would like to recommend the Marysville dealership to a person who wants to buy a Toyota car. Besides, the taxes rate only 9.6 % in Marysville, WA

I was here about 2 weeks ago in hopes to get a new car. I met with Dave Koshak and he helped me purchase my new car. He made the process of purchase extremely easy. He broke down step-by-step what we were going to do and what to expect. He even explained and broke down number-wise what we were paying. He was extremely easy going and I have never experienced buying a car this way. He made it extremely simple and now I can’t imagine buying a car elsewhere. We chased all over WA looking for our next family car. We drove to Eastern WA, and Bellingham, Renton and Lynnwood. We finally ended up at Marysville and working with Paul and the vehicle we wanted wasn't right, however Paul wasn't going to give up. He came in on his day off, traded a car, and made our car buying smooth and seamless. He knew what he was talking about. He is honest and kind. It was a pleasure working with Paul and buying at car at Marysville Toyota. We also ordered the tube steps and it was breeze to take the car back in to get them installed. I would HIGHLY recommend marysville Toyota again and again!

I totally forgot our salespersons name BUT she was amazing! I believe she had 6 children & 19 grandchildren so you know who you are lol We weren’t able to arrive to test drive our new vehicle until 6:00 pm but they were able to stay open and accommodate us. They were very communicative, respectful, & buyer friendly. Worked within the best interests of us & was in & out in about 3 & half hours start to finish. Out of my years of experience of buying cars this was my best experience so far!

Cami was the best! Above and beyond service in helping us get our car. She crawled under cars to check on things for us and liaised with the mechanics on accessories and upgrades. No haggle / negotiation at all as part of the Marysville 1 price business model.

Okay so here's the low down. I deleted my amazing post and I regret it. This location is extremely popular. The team in the office is doing their best to get everybody taken care of and return calls. I was so frustrated thinking that they forgot about me and my concerns. I was so wrong. I came in with guns loaded "figuratively" and when I entered the building I was greeted by a hello, a snack and most importantly words of security and comfort as I broke down from the built up stress. Once again Katie and her team have taken the best care of me. I strongly recommend the Marysville Toyota and I wish I wouldn't have deleted my previous post out of frustration because of my own assumptions. Sincerely, Andrew C.

Our Sales person Shannon, was fantastic, unlike most sales people she listened to what our needs were as well she did not try to sale us something we did not want. During the internet failure of 2 hours she stayed in touch w us n kept us up on status. It was her first week at location not in the buisness. The location only sent to 3 banks instead of the norm of 10plus at other dealerships. She stayed until closing to try n get everything completed with out hesitation or attitude. She came in early to make sure we were completed in a timely manner. If it were not for the internet failure (above the companies control) I know we would have walked out sane day. Also no seeing 3 or more people to get things done. Honestly if you want an honest, fun, and good experience Go see Shannon. We live 60 plus miles from location n if needed we would gladly drive back or refer any of our friends there. Thank you 😊.

Marysville Toyota had a coupon for oil change for $19.99. I thought for sure they'll try to sell me other things to offset the loss leader. But to their credit, they did not do any selling whatsoever. They even washed my car for free! Best dealer experience ever! Next service schedule, I'll give them a try!

Penny was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was not pushy or impatient and gave us plenty to time to think it over, she was responsive to texts and was very helpful. This is a fixed price dealership that doesn’t negotiate, however all the cars are priced very fair. Once we found the car we wanted to buy, we were out the door within an hour, keys in hand.

Nice people helped me right away.and I was on my way I definitely will get my truck serviced here.
