Katie, the Service Drive Manager = Gold Star Customer Care x 100 stars! Her power to put the customer first is a function of her willingness to do what is right supported by great ownership. We had a miscommunication in service that cost them a LOT of money, but she had the concern and the authority to immediately correct the situation herself, give me a loaner, and the next morning my Highlander was perfect! I've never had anything but poor and dishonest service from BMW dealers during all of the years I've driven a bimmer. This was such a refreshing change. Katie is a superhero with customer superpowers! Absolutely fantastic. Going forward, I won't go anywhere else but Marysville Toyota.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. I have a 2016 Toyota Highlander so I’ve been to a lot of Toyota dealerships for they are the only ones I’ve ever had work on my car due to it’s a hybrid and I’ve had warranty. I have been religiously on-top of maintenance and therefore have been in the Toyota dealership a lot. This time I went to the Marysville Toyota and WOW I was impressed. First of all the girl helping me was absolutely incredible not to mention beautiful. So kind and sweet totally worth the drive the facility was so clean nice n welcoming definitely made a great impression not to mention I was quickly in and out greeted with smiles and sent on my way with smiles Love love love this dealership by far better then all the others I’ve been to!
