My wife and kids were able to relax and play while we finished everything up, which made the experience much easier for our family. Our salesperson, Breanna, was wonderful. Before we left, she helped me connect my phone to the car and even recommended a fantastic coffee shop nearby so we could celebrate our new family car. I really appreciated how straightforward the entire process was. There were no unexpected price changes, unwanted dealer add-ons, or last-minute surprises. He was very helpful and patient with me while we were looking for the right vehicle and the specs I wanted with it. I am not a fan of pushy sales reps which is why they get a 6 star if that was an option for not calling me all the time trying to push a sale on me. I had recently made appointments at two other Toyota dealerships to get my car serviced. The first one told me I had to wait 4 to 5 hours even though I had an appointment. The second one totally skipped over me and ignored me while I was in the line to check in. I decided to go to Marysville Toyota since we were moving close by. I was so delighted by the service I got there, as well as the attention paid to even the smallest details. I will definitely be returning, and this will be my forever Toyota dealership.
