I had an incredible car-buying experience at Marysville Toyota! I walked in a few months ago, casually mentioned I was looking for a Toyota Sienna, and that’s how it all started. Since then, Kelsey stayed in touch with me over phone and text for months—sharing deals, used inventory, and incoming models. Through it all, there was zero sales pressure. I had to pass several times, but then a brand-new Sienna with the exact specs I wanted came in, and I jumped on it immediately. What makes this dealership stand out first is their strict no-markup policy. Because they don't mark up prices, they have a huge customer base, so it was finally my turn to get one! But even beyond the fair pricing, the buying process itself was amazing. At a typical dealership, you usually have to negotiate back and forth with a salesperson, a sales manager, and then a finance manager. Here, it was refreshingly simple. My entire communication was with Kelsey from start to finish. We even completed all the paperwork right there in the bright, high-ceiling open floor area, which honestly blew me away. Thank you for such a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be buying my next Toyota here, and I truly wish every dealership operated this way!

Gina Boggie Was our sales rep and when we went to pick up our new RAV4 XSE, she did the best job I’ve ever experienced walking through the vehicle and how everything works especially with all the technology. she even made sure everything was paired with my phone, etc., etc. fantastic experience. These are popular vehicles. The only downside is we ordered at the end of March and the vehicle just now came in five months later.

Good place for service and to buy a car

Just moved to Washington from Honolulu and was so impressed with Marysville Toyota. First of all, the employees in the Service Department were so helpful and nice. The building (inside) was so impressive and spacious. Toyotas are GREAT cars!!! So happy I will be having my service done here.😊
