Truck was in good shape at a decent price. Gina was great, and the rest of the sales staff did their best to expedite the process. I bought certified pre-owned, and the only note I had was that the truck could’ve been cleaner, and still needed a proper detail when it got home. Aside from that I would recommend this dealer.

She took time finding out the features I liked to choose a perfect vehicle for me. I liked the 4-Runner and she had several to choose from. She had me drive them until I found the perfect one! Service department: The final product is almost always good. It’s just wading thru the chaos, lack of timely communication & longer than expected wait times (up to extra days) that is sometimes hard to deal with. The service rep’s are great people and they try so hard! It’s just seems like they are always short staffed. The service itself seems to always be great!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new2026 RAV4 XSE from Marysville Toyota! Oscar Jacob was an absolute pleasure to work with. He always made himself available to answer my questions, provided weekly updates on the location of my vehicle, and kept me informed about the estimated delivery date. Most importantly, he found me the exact vehicle I was looking for—the right color, model, year, and features for my very first brand-new car! From start to finish, there was never any pressure to purchase upgrades or add-ons. Everyone at the dealership was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When I had trouble getting the Toyota app set up on my phone, Oscar brought in Gina Boggie, who was fantastic as well. She patiently helped update the app, connect my key fobs, and even contacted Toyota Support through the vehicle to make sure everything was working correctly before I left. The Toyota Support representative was also incredibly kind and helpful. :) The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Buying a new car can be stressful, but the team at Marysville Toyota made it exciting, easy, and enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about Oscar, Gina, and everyone else who helped me along the way. :) I highly recommend Marysville Toyota to anyone looking for a Toyota. Great customer service.

We have had our 4th scheduled service; second with our dealership, as on an extended road trip for #1 & #2. All was very smooth from getting appointment through to after-service.

It took a while, but overall the experience went fairly smooth.
