Absolutely the best experience I have ever had. I have a 2016 Toyota Highlander so I’ve been to a lot of Toyota dealerships for they are the only ones I’ve ever had work on my car due to it’s a hybrid and I’ve had warranty. I have been religiously on-top of maintenance and therefore have been in the Toyota dealership a lot. This time I went to the Marysville Toyota and WOW I was impressed. First of all the girl helping me was absolutely incredible not to mention beautiful. So kind and sweet totally worth the drive the facility was so clean nice n welcoming definitely made a great impression not to mention I was quickly in and out greeted with smiles and sent on my way with smiles Love love love this dealership by far better then all the others I’ve been to!

I was super worried when I heard there was an issue with the hybrid system in my Prius. Thankfully they were able to get it repaired within a week of approval and under warranty! Thank you so much!!

We have been looking for getting a new GH for couple years, walked into a hand full of Toyota dealerships wanting to order or buying a GH. But all the dealers are trying to sell us thousands of dollars of service and hiding fee. Happened that we walked into Marysville Toyota, met Gina, one of the top agents. She and her team has been keeping eye for us for any incoming orders and let us know any available GH for us to consider. Finally we got what we expected. All the pricing are up front, no hiding fee, also honest about the service fee if I want to add on. never give you hard time or waste any times on you. Great customer service and price never has marked up. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful. Love that they’re not on commission, and therefore care about finding the best deals. Paperwork took a long time, but it was because they had so many customers, which is a good problem to have! Will return for my next car.

Had a wonderful experience here today which Alondra, who helped me find my 2026 Toyota Tacoma off-road! She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable about everything in regard to the sale, which was really nice because I was pretty nervous. Especially with never having purchased a new car before. Was able to answer all my questions as well as preemptively answer any potential questions I may have had. Made the whole purchasing a vehicle experience far better than I had originally anticipated. Very professional and easy to talk to.

Truck was in good shape at a decent price. Gina was great, and the rest of the sales staff did their best to expedite the process. I bought certified pre-owned, and the only note I had was that the truck could’ve been cleaner, and still needed a proper detail when it got home. Aside from that I would recommend this dealer.
