Started with Mae's prompt response and finished with Gabe's professional and comforting help through out the purchase process. I always seem to have horrible experiences at dealerships... which is main reason not wanting to visit them. But this ways way different. They were courteous, quick and listened to all of my concerns. I purchased the new Rav4 and unlike most of the dealership charging odd additional cost, they had none. No hours spent on negotiation was breath of fresh air! I highly recommend clients to come to Marysville and enjoy this great dealership that feels different soon as you walk into welcoming staffs. I would buy here again and looking forward to it.
Beware! Service department cannot be trusted!! Service Dept cannot be trusted! Please see my Google and Yelp review for the full story as I am very limited on space. Quick Story - Service dept damaged my rear bumper on my brand new Highlander trying to install a tow hitch. Their first time trying to replace the damage part, I caught them in a huge lie. They tried to say they replaced the bumper but they didn't and I had pictures of the old damage to prove it. All they did was clean it with a glossy product. I was told that their was a mistake with the part number which is why a different part was actually replaced. A total of 4 trips, 220 miles, 12 hours of waiting and the only thing "nice" they did for me was fill up my gas tank one time with about 3/4 of a tank of gas. Bottom line, these folks dont care. They will do the bare minimum and hope that you have even lower standards than they do. Do no execpt anything above and beyond from these guys. They will do a great job selling you a car and extended warranty but will fail miserably at doing their part to honor their service. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone.
Oil change took 2hours 15 minutes, was told there was feces, biohazard management wasn’t helpful, our car was completely clean, manager asked if we had a dog 🥵he did not listen. Husband told them that they had wrong car, he would have had feces on his pants as tech said it was on drivers seat and tires. Apologized but asked if we have a dog!!!
Inexperienced workers. First they forgot to secure my oil tank, take car to see if there was any leak, no leak but they said that the oil tank was not properly secured. Then they return my car without bolting the cap that cover the cars underneath. I was driving and hearing a strange noise, to my surprise they didnot put it in place. I think Toyota has a lack of bolts they keep taking my stuff And then tells me there is problem in my car which they cannot diagnose. But their servicing fee keep going up.
Brought in my RAV4 Prime for required recall preventing vehicle fire during recharging and dealership refused to complete the job, charged me to fix a problem they created, cost my family (wife, 2 year old and 3 year old) a vehicle for days and forced me to take time off work to deal with them. Bottom line: Doing business with Toyota of Marysville will cost you time and money, inconvenience you and your family and they won’t do the right thing even they are required to do so by law and their negligence could result in the death of your family. This dealership only cares about making money at the expense of doing the right thing. This is the 4th or 5th time Toyota Of Marysville has demonstrated this behavior over the last 18 months while taking multiple vehicles in for service. I will not be returning to this dealership and won’t recommend anyone do business with them as they have no integrity. Customers are treated like they should serve the dealership when it should be the other way around. Toyota of Marysville…Your Fired
A few years ago I had service done on my Camry. I also asked to have my tires rotated while it was there because they were past due and needed it. When I picked up the car I again asked if the tires were rotated they told me yes. When I got home I noticed they were never done. If they can’t even do this simple task correct, not much hope for other work. So I told my self I will never go back to them. A few years later I go back to buy a few parts, their card reader says reader declined card. Thought that was weird so he wiped the card tried it again, no luck. He tried a total of 3 times all 3 times it said “reader denied” - not bank denied. I had plenty of money in there. I look at my account and the 3 charges came out of my account. I call Toyota they say they did not receive funds, call my bank they say Toyota received the funds, call Toyota back say my bank can prove it they still deny it. So the only way to get my money is dispute the charges and it take 90 days to get my money back. I’m out 600$ right before Christmas. 😡
Took a sequoia in for radar calibration with a Toyota adaptive cruise I bought and installed from Bellingham Toyota Was told they couldn’t get it to calibrate and would need a new one I said isn’t it under warranty they said no it’s fro a different Toyota dealer I said your wrong and are just trying to upsell Took it to Bellingham Toyota they informed me Toyota parts are warranted for 12 months and the calibrated it no problem Went back to Marysville Toyota service manager wouldn’t speak to me but his helper spoke to me ad they did refund my money back Really not nice to deal with and to be treated like a dumb customer slimy folks
Update 10/26/23 no word from dealership yet. Was told the last time I was in 10/21 that I'd get a call the next day from a manager, so we could talk about getting the engine bay detailed to actually get it cleaned up. No call. No oil analysis results. Alternator covered in oil yet and when I drive my car I smell smoke. Update 10 / 21 / 23 they had me bring the car back to clean up the huge oil mess, flush oil and do oil analysis because who knows what got in the engine from them leaving the oil cap off after last service. There is still oil covering the engine bay and alternator after "cleaning". They won't give me oil analysis report I suspect that's because they didn't really flush the oil or do analysis because oil is at the same level as when I dropped car off. 10 /17 / 23 had a service done yesterday. They left the oil cap off made a huge mess blew oil all over the engine bay see pictures. Who knows if any debris went down the cap or not. Service took an hour and a half. They don't wash the car with service anymore. Dealership has gone downhill.
Please review my general comment.R.O. 96546 4/21/23 Our Prius was in for oil change, and a checkoff of items needing service pending a road trip in July. A recommendation was front brake service as one pad is wearing thin. I pulled wheels and calipers and discovered there is very little wear on all four pads. (I still have these). Your technician either didn't do his job or padded the expected repair sheet expecting I am an automotive idiot and would'nt check. I am very disappointed. It appears the assumption of a customer having no knowledge regds service and automotive repair is unfortunate. This is the second event over a few years there that were unacceptable. I will no longer have either of my Toyota's serviced there.
Great experience. Very happy with our customer service and communication. Our consultant, Adrian Olivares was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did an excellent job breaking things down and explaining all the ins and outs for us as first time buyers, without being pushy or overbearing. Would certainly recommend him and the rest of the Marysville Toyota team!

Contacted dealer through cars.com and emailed them. Zero response to the online and email request wanting to know if the cars listed on their lot are available, total waste of time.

I found this dealership when looking for a lightly used 3/4 Ton pickup. After checking inventory at other sellers in the area and researching fair market value Marysville Toyota was the only one that wasn't asking $5-10K higher than the market and they offered me fair market value for my trade on the first pass. The team was no-pressure and very accommodating to my work schedule, Kyrin was a particular pleasure to work with. When I was ready to buy I was in and out in 3 hours with my new truck. I will definitely return to this dealership and recommend them to others.
The best and easiest car buying experience ever. Quick easy and done. No BS. Highly recommend Kelsey Brown as an awesome sales consultant she will take care of you. Make sure your thirst she loves pushing water on you. Lol
