Everyone is polite and helpful here. Jason was great even though he seemed to be the only service person working on the day I was in.

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jeff Long, although my hands were sweating.... He was a gentleman and held them the entire way. He made the buying process extremely transparent, extremely comfortable and I got to sit there and enjoy it with Jeff the gentleman the entire time.

They completed in a timely manner an oil change, and coolant change. They forgot the complimentary wash.

We were on vacation when the 15,000 mile service came due. I called Marysville and one other dealership hoping to get the service done. The other dealership never even called me back. But Marysville said to come on in. We drove in, they took the car right away and the service was done in an hour. It was fantastic.

Everyone was very helpful and communicative during the buying process. My only minor complaint is the detailing of some of the used cars could use some love. But overall great experience!
