This review is specifically for the Marysville Toyota Service Department, and honestly, I had a 10/10 experience. I brought my 2023 GR86 in at 56,000 miles after noticing some oil buildup underneath the car. Since my powertrain warranty is coming up on its expiration in about 4,000 miles, I figured it was better to have it checked out sooner rather than later. They ended up finding more than just an oil leak — they found a bad water pump as well as the actual source of the leak. Fortunately, everything was covered under warranty. They put me in a loaner car for about two weeks while they took care of everything. What really stood out to me was the communication throughout the whole process. They kept me updated on what they found, what they were doing, and what to expect. They also recommended another service that made sense to take care of while the engine was already being worked on rather than having to come back and do it later. Overall, I’m extremely happy with how everything was handled. The service department was professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. What could have been a pretty stressful repair ended up being a really smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend Marysville Toyota Service to anyone who owns a Toyota. For better clarity: I worked with Marlaina the entire time, I give her and the shop techs credit for this entire review. They were great to work with.

Brought my 2018 in for 40k oil change. Ultra low mileage car! They wanted to sell me 60k service due to age. Turned them down. What would they then recommend when I actually get to 60k?

At Marysville Toyota it was easy to schedule a recall fix for my car. When I brought my car in for that, the service department was able to fit in an unscheduled oil change as well on the spot at my request. I didn’t stay in the customer lobby this time, but I walked through the spacious seating area and recalled the speedy work of my other visits there. I’m quite satisfied with Marysville Toyota and its service department.
